There’s basically no dip I don’t love, especially dessert dips. This Cinnamon Cream Cheese Fruit Dip is perfectly sweetened with powdered sugar and brown sugar and seasoned with warm, delicious cinnamon. It’s the perfect dessert dip for strawberries, apples, pineapple, pears, grapes, melons, and even soft pretzels! Made with just 6 pantry staples, it can be whipped up in just 5 minutes half an hour before an impromptu party.

I can’t even begin to tell you what a HUGE this dip is with my family! They completely flip when they know I’m going to make it again!

What is Fruit Dip Made of?

Every dessert fruit dip is a little different. Mostly, they’re made with a base of softened cream cheese and sweetened with things like powdered sugar, marshmallow creme (aka Fluff), honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar.

I like to add a little cinnamon to mine for an extra kick of flavor. I’ve even seen some people add melted marshmallows or chocolate chips for an extra sugar rush.

There’s no wrong way to make a fruit dip, honestly. And truthfully, this one is SO MUCH better than the pre-made dips you can find in the grocery store fruit platters.

How to Make Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Here are the incredibly easy steps for how to make this sweet and creamy Cinnamon Cream Cheese Fruit Dip.

STEP 1: First, whisk together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon. You want this to be super creamy and smooth so make sure the cream cheese is really soft.

STEP 2: Then, put the dip in your serving bowl and chill covered for at least 30 minutes. Add a little extra cinnamon on top before serving and you’re good to go!

Can You Eat Pretzels with Cream Cheese Dip?

Why, yes you can! Cheese dip is one of the most popular around for soft pretzels. As someone who also loves cheese, I get it. But sometimes, I want a sweeter pretzel, and melted cheese sauce just won’t do.

I LOVE using this cream cheese dip as a pretzel dip recipe! The combination of warm, soft, salty pretzel bites and this creamy cinnamon dip is an absolute dream.

While I’ve never actually tried the sweet dip you can find at the mall pretzel stands, I’ve been told this one is very similar. And in my humble opinion, homemade is always better!

If you’re making a dessert charcuterie board, you need a few sweet dips in the mix. This fruit dip recipe is one of the best simple options, but don’t stop there!

Cinnamon Toffee Cream Cheese Dip is a more textured dip for graham crackers, cookies, and fruit. It’s sprinkled with homemade toffee bits and is perfect with almost anything dipped into it.

Sweet treats need delicious drinks, and I love a homemade latte! It’s so easy to skip the coffee shop and make it at home. You can even make an iced latte for those summer pool parties.
