What is Tuscan Chicken?

Tuscan chicken is a classic Italian-American recipe where chicken cutlets are sautéed and then simmered in a creamy sauce along with fresh spinach and sundried tomatoes. It’s said to have been popularized by the Olive Garden Tuscan Garlic Chicken pasta recipe.

This crock pot version of Tuscan Chicken is a little different in that you don’t need to sauté the chicken or vegetables before you add them to the crock pot. It’s such an easy weeknight dinner recipe!
