INGREDIENTS

- Onions, Garlic, Carrots - Red Potatoes  - Olive Oil - Split Peas - Dried Oregano - Chorizo (or Ham) - Chicken Stock

How to Make It!

1. Cook onions & garlic in  oil with oregano, salt & pepper.  2. Add potatoes, some peas, chorizo, stock. 3. Simmer for 40 min, add remaining peas, cook for 40 min more.
