With a creamy taco ranch dressing, this no-mayo pasta salad is an easy vegetarian meal that’s loaded with a whole slew of fresh and healthy taco ingredients.


– taco ranch dressing – grilled corn – avocados – black beans – cherry tomatoes – scallions – cilantro – lime juice - pasta

Mix taco seasoning, ranch, sour cream & lime to make the dressing.

Grill the corn and set aside.

In a very large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
